Hi! My name is Becky and I want to tell you a little about myself.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling. I am a former hospital and hospice chaplain. I am currently a Bereavement Coordinator for Crossroads Hospice.
My grandmother died when I was in high school. She was the only person in my life that I felt loved me for me and not what I did for her. We never talked about my grandmother after she died, so the pain of losing her stayed inside me. My grandfather died when I was in seminary. I had friends I could talk to when I needed to talk. These 2 experiences showed me how important it is for us humans to talk about the person who has died, even if tears come.
I was trained in GRM because my work required it. What a profound experience I had! I was able to say goodbye to the pain of the losses I had throughout my life.
I live in Elyria, Ohio. I provide GRM services in the Northeastern Ohio region. I provide 1:1 GRM services.
