Hello, my name is Barb Belluardo and I am a Grief Recovery Method Specialist. My journey started with GRM in October 2024, when I took this powerful recovery class. My father died in August of 2023 and I had a lot going on in my life I needed help with and I'm so thankful I found The Grief Recovery Method. This class helped me to live through my grief and how to handle it in different ways that I have in the past. I was so moved by this class and the impact it made in my life, I decided to take the specialist class to become a Grief Recovery Method Specialist in February 2024.
I've been retired since 2018 and I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I am so happy to be starting a new journey of helping others find their peace. We all experience grief at some point in our life and I'm thankful for the training I have received and share it with others within my community.

Our support groups offer a safe, evidence-based environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. These groups are led by Grief Recovery Method Specialists, trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
