Have you ever experienced feeling like your life has stopped? Everything is at a standstill, and you can't make sense of anything. You are still able to walk, talk, move, and think, but your inner self, deep within your being, seems paralyzed. This is how trauma can have you feeling and often lingers on without you even noticing. This is how grief had me when I experienced a traumatic loss in 2001. After a year or two, I was able to do some necessary work to be able to move forward in life and in purpose.

I became a certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist in October 2020 and an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist in 2021. I became certified because I want to help individuals become unstuck when dealing with loss. I know what it's like when loss causes you to be stuck in your relationships, job, and life. My ultimate desire to work with individuals is to support them in finding the purpose in the loss. I want to help them get unstuck and live in their ideal life purpose regardless of what they've been through.

I love the Grief Recovery Method because when I went through the experience of becoming a specialist, I had no idea that there was a barrier of unresolved grief that I didn't even recognize. Going through The Grief Recovery Method's process by completing the work led to a transformation in my life and a breakthrough in my business.
